The Wolves was written by Samuel French and is a high school girl's soccer team and what it's like to be a young girl in today's day and age. It takes place entirely on an indoor soccer field. Wanting to shake things up and put her own voice into the piece, our director added choreographed surrealistic dance numbers in between scenes to represent the feelings the players were going through and shed light on events that happen between scenes that the play talks about but doesn't normally show. It allowed me to add a creative and artistic twist to an otherwise straightforward show. It took place in ECSU's DelMonte Studio Theatre equipped with a tension grid.
